FIT ENTERS EXCLUSIVITY AGREEMENT WITH NECA

Flat Iron Trading has extended the Exclusivity Agreement with NECA (Trade Services Pty Ltd) in a move aimed at bolstering the coverage of the market and assisting more and more clients to install or retain as their product of choice AIRTEC PPE.

Flat Iron Trading purchased the assets of HTT Corp in a move aimed at sharpening the business focus of all shareholders. By making Flat Iron Trading part of the Williamson Family stable of companies we evidence our commitment to business retention, innovation and growth opportunities in both turnover and employment.

Effective immediately, all Arc Rated PPE uniform clothing, Wet Weather Jackets and Trousers (no logo at present but can be facilitated), and Orange Grid Slate 111 plus RED Onyx 111 Chemical Suits are solely available from NECA as our exclusive distributors.

The established AirTec products are global leaders and we have charged NECA with their undoubted development into existing and new markets.

We are indeed hopeful that this deal will allow NECA to promote AIRTEC products very aggressively. The arrangement presents a win-win-win as we certainly believe our product in all three major arenas is superior in performance and highly competitive in price.
